I report in respect of my examlnatlon of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrylng out my examlnation I have followed all the applicable Directions giv8n by the Charlty Commission under section 145(51(b) of the Act. Independent examlner's statement I have compleled my examination. I confirm that no material rnatters have comg to my attention in connection wlth the examlnatlon giving me cause to believe that In any material respect: 1. Accounting records were not kept In respect of the Trust as required by section 130 of the Act.. or 2. The accounts do not accord with those records. I have no concems and have come across no othar matters in connection wlth the examlnatlon to whlch attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to b8 reached.
