## OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES 

To promote for the benefit of the inhabitants of the Peak District, the surrounding area and other parts of the UK, the provision of facilities for recreation, life experiences or other leisure time occupation of individuals who have need of such facilities by reason of social and economic circumstances in the interests of social welfare and with the object of improving the condition of life and life chances.

## FINANCIAL REVIEW 

## Reserves Policy 

The Trustees consider that the level of unrestricted reserves should be equivalent to the estimated annual grant requests from the organisations it supports.  During the period under review, grants were made totalling £2,405.00.  The Trustees therefore have agreed to set aside a reserve of £3,000.00. 

## Financial Review 

This year the charity received income through donations of £10,760.90 

## Public Benefit Statement 

All of our activities focus on our objective to provide grants to support the inhabitants of the Peak District, the surrounding area and other parts of the UK, the provision of facilities for recreation, life experiences or other leisure time occupations. 

The charity is open to all applications.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the charity Thornbridge for
Everyone for the year ended 31" January 2023.
Responsibilities and Basis of Report
As the charity trustees of the charity, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts
in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 20111.the Act,).
I report in respect of my examination of the charity's accounts carried out under sectton 145
of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable
Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 14515llbl of the Act.
Independent Examiner's Statement
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no materlal matters have come to my
attention in connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material
respect:
accounting records were not kept in respect of the Trust as required by section 130
of the Art,. or
2. the accounts do not accord with those records.
I have no concerns and have come acr055 no other matters in connection with the
examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper
understsnding of the accounts to be reached.
