**Objects:** (1) TO PROMOTE THE ARTS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY THE PROMOTION IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, OF THE VISUAL AND PERFORMING ARTS.(2) TO PROMOTE THE PROTECTION OF THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT THROUGH THE PROVISION OF INFORMAL EDUCATION, AWARENESS-RAISING ACTIVITIES AND COMMUNITY BASED ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECTS.

**Activities:** Currently The Charity is focussing on the biodiversity crisis. Organising a summer Festival in Newcastle upon Tyne annually entitled Art and Biodiversity Celebration. This used the SAGA methodology which is to combine Science Art Games and Action to develop a public and community response to Biodiversity. By action we understand creating an improvement to the biodiversity environment.
