**Objects:** THE PRESERVATION OF HEALTH AND SAVING OF LIVES IN NORTHAMPTONSHIRE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PROVIDING EARLY ASSISTANCE TO PATIENTS RESIDING IN NORTHAMPTONSHIRE BY RESPONDING TO LIFE THREATENING EMERGENCIES IN COLLABORATION WITH THE EAST MIDLANDS AMBULANCE SERVICE AND PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL TRAINING IN BASIC LIFE SUPPORT AND FIRST AID TO COMMUNITY GROUPS IN RURAL NORTHAMPTONSHIRE.

**Activities:** The preservation of health and saving of lives in Northamptonshire for the public benefit by providing early assistance to patients residing in Northamptonshire by responding to life threatening emergencies in collaboration with the East Midlands Ambulance Service and providing educational training in basic life support and first aid to community groups in Rural Northamptonshire.
