Summary of the main activities in relation to those purposes for the public benefit, in particular, the activities, projects or services identified in the accounts.	Para 1.17 and 1.19	1 Weekly performances by the Liturgical choir allow the public to benefit from music- making supported by the trust. 2. Grants were made to assist with the appointment of an assistant Conductor and four choral scholars, fulfilling our aim to assist in the education of undergraduate and postgraduate students.

Achievements and Performance

Para 1.20	• Funding the appointment of four choral scholars for the 2023/24 academic year to the Music Foundation at St Martin in Roath This followed a successful recruitment and audition process in June 2023. • Funding of an Interim Assisting Conductor to support the work of the Music Foundation at St Martin in Roath. • The recruitment of 34 Friends to support the work of FOSMM • Preparing applications to other trusts and Grant making organisations to raise additional funds for the continuing work of FOSMM

	Achievements against objectives set	Para 1.41	The trustees are pleased to report that the objectives were met successfully during the 2023/4year, including awarding of scholarships and enabling numerous opportunities for the public to benefit from the music making supported by the Friends.

Performance of fundraising activities against objectives set	Para 1.41	During the course of the year, we succeeded in attracting 34 members to the organisation. Significant individual donations were received which boosted our fundraising efforts.
