**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO ADVANCE SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT FROM TIME TO TIME.

**Activities:** The Foundation will primarily make grants to existing charities.  Priorities will be the arts, ASD, ADHD, Cancer, Children/Youth, Dementia, the environment, FASD, food poverty, homelessness, LGBTQIA, refugees, women's physical and mental health.  Priority will be given to East London and East Kent. Applications for multi-year and longer term projects particularly encouraged.
