The prlnclpal activlty of the Vlllage Hall is to be let out to local dubs and socletles, arKI
indbvlduals ￿sIdIng in Bradpole for the purpose of dasses, rneeti￿. lectures social events,
recreatlon, exhibitions. entertalnment. and Sporti￿ activi￿ with the objectof improvin8 the
quality of life forall age groups.

There are S trustees irNofved in the chaiity, noneof whom recelve any remuneratlon fortheir
roles.

Durin8 the course of the ￿aT the hall was let to Brndpole Parish Council to hokl open
days for people living in Bradpole. to facilitste them meeting our local parish o)uncillors. In
addÈtlon. we have 16 or more Broups and Societies runnin8 activities in the hall on a weekly
basis, and the hall has been let out to priwdte indivKluals on 5 occasionsfor private functions.

and educational fulftlment for local ￿SKIe

Recelpts for the Year amounted to £10,105 whllst Expenditure amounted to £15,075
producing a deficit of £4.970. Whilst it isthe aim of theTrustees to ensure that on an ongoing
basls, Receipts will be greater than Expenditure. current year ￿pai￿ to the fabrlc of the
buildin8 meant that Expendlture was 8r&iter than Re￿Ipts. Repairs arrfl magntenance
amounted to £7.913 of which £780 was spent on essential Electrical works. £1.9CQ on
extemal paintlng of woodwork including V*ather boardi￿ and £3,9CiI on replacing cellirtg
tlles in the maln hall. wrthout this exceptx)nal expenditure receipts would have exceeded
expendlture.
At the end of the finandal period the Charlty held a very healthy figure of £16.775 In Its
normal trading account, and £8.784 in a savings account. The savings account in effect acts
as the reserves of the Charity.

An applkatlon to re8lster the land tltle to the Bradpole Forster Willage Hall lod8ed with
HM Land Registry on the 14th November 2022 and official copy shows the completion
of re8iStration of the trtk as being made on the 2nd August 2024. This shov•S the PROPRIETER
