Structure Govemance and MaTr4efflent
The tharity is a CIO and was first registe￿￿ on the 21" Awll 2022. The assets linduding cash at bank and the village
halll and liabilities of the Forster Institute, charity number 273758 were transferred to Bradpole Forster Village Hall
CIO. on the 1st September 2022, the transfer bel￿ approved at a meeting of its trustees on the 3 August 2022.

The provision and maintenance of a vlllage hall for the use of the inhabitants of Bradpole and the surrounding
neighbourhood without dirtinction of ￿litICal. reli￿0￿5, or other opinions, including use for. al meetings. lectures
and classes, and bl other form5 of recreation.
Acttv•tles
The principal artivity of the VFllage Hall is to be let out to local clubs and societies, and individuals residing in
Bradpole for the purpose of classes, meeting5. lettures. social events, recreation, exhibrtions. entertainment. and
sporting activities with the object of improving the quality of life for all age groups. An office within the village h311 is
let out to Bradpole Parish Council.
Publlc Benefft
The trustees have paid due regard to the (harrty Commissions guidance on public benefrt in deciding the activities
which take place in the Willage Hall. The trustee5 are satisfied that the infom)ation provided in the report and
accounts meet the public benefft reportin8 requirements.
Contrlbutlon of voluntsers
There are 5 trustees involved in the charity, none of whom receive any remuner*ion fortheir role5.
During the course of the yearthe hall was let out to Bradpole Parish Council to hold open days for people living in
Bradpole, to facilitate them meeting our local parish Councillors. In èddition, we have 15 or more groups and

societies runninB actNities in the hall on a weekly basis. and the hall has been let out to private individuals on 6
OCCa5ions for private functions. The clubs and 50cietie5 Ther all age groups and promote both physical and mental
wellbeing and educational fulfilrnent for local resident
Financial Review
At the end of the financial period the Charity held a very healthy figure of £21B66 in it5 nornial trading account, and
£8,663 in a savings account. The savings account in effect acts as the reserves of the Charity- It is the aim of the
Trustees to ensure that on an ongoing basis that Re￿Ipts will be greater than Expenditure. other than that from
time to time it may be necessary to spend on the fabric of tl* building which rnay mean that Expenditure will exceed
Re￿Ipts in any one year.
Other
An application to register the land title to the Bradpole Forster Willage Hall lodged with HM Land Registry on the
14th November 2022 and the official copy shows the completion of registration of the tltle as bein8 made on the 2nd
August 2024. This Shov￿ PROPRIETER as being The Official Custodian for Charities on behalf Bradpoie Forster
Village Hall ICIO Reg No 11986771.
