volunteers. We aim to be an inclusive
group here to enhance the school through
fundraising, community, and support.

In 2022/23 we achieved charitable status;
this allowed us to be eligible for donations
from local business. This has increased our
funds significantly, we have joined
parentkind to help us run and govern the
organization and put in place trustees and
governance to manage the charity.
We have used these increased funds to
support the school in their efforts to
improve outdoor play and community
engagement providing resources which
both benefit the school and local
community.
Example events and activities included a
Christmas Family Fun Night including both
parents, carer and children form the school
and the local community. We also
supported the school with funds to
implement recommendations from Opal
Play research, provided funds to run a
reading club and paid for extracurricular
trips for the school children to local sights.
