SisterWood holds forest school style sessions for young women and those that idenfity as female aged 12-16, who are struggling with their mental health. These sessions include listening circles, nature connection and communal cooking as well as learning practical skills, yoga, singing and other mindfulness based activities to help them build a toolkit for mental health and wellbeing.

Objects: To Advance In Life And Relieve The Needs Of Young Women And Those That Identify As Female, In Particular But Not Exclusively Aged 12-16 Years, Suffering From Ill Mental Health Or From A Lower Socioeconomic Background, Living In Exeter, East Devon Or Teignbridge, Through(a) The Provision Of Recreational Activities Provided In The Interest Of Social Welfare, Designed To Improve Their Conditions Of Life;(b) Providing Support And Activities, In An Outdoor Setting, Which Develop Their Skills, Capacities And Capabilities To Enable Them To Participate In Society As Mature And Responsible Individuals.
