surrounding area in particular, but not exclusively by al Prowding emergency food, essential
toiletries. and household items to individuals and fafflilies in need andlor for distribution by charities

furtherance of the objects or similar charilable purposes.
The methods used to recruit and appoint new charity trustees.
There shall be at least three trustees. Each new trustee must re￿1Ve, on or before his or her
appoinment.. al a copy of the current version of the const"tutKJn' and bl a copy of the CIO'S latest
annual report and ststement of accounts. In selecting persons lo be appointed trustees. the
trustees shall take into account the benefits of apw)inting a person who is able by virture of his
personal or professional qualjfications lo make a conthbution to the pursutt of the objects or
management of the charity. If for any reason trustees cannot be appointed in accordance wlh the
foregoing positions the ststutory tK)wer of appointing new additional Imslees shall be exercised.
How the charity makes decisions and how declslons are delegated.
No decision may be made by a meeting of the Trustees unless 2 quorum is present at the time the
decision is made. A quorum shall be three tnjstees. A trustee shall not be counted in the quorum
present when any decision is made a matter upon which that trustee is not entiljed to vote.
Questions arising al any meeting shall be decided by a majority of votes,each tnjslee having one
vote on any matter lo be deGwJed. In the c5e of an equality of votes. the chair of the meeting shall
have a second or casb.ng vote.
The charity as a part of a wider neiwork.
The charity co-operates wth other charities, voluntary bod￿ and 9tatutory authorities in the
furtherance of the objects or similar charitable Purposes.

Financial review of the position at the reporting dat4 31 December 2024 .
The financial situation of the charity for the year is as shown in the accounts. The financial position
of the charity is that it is still in a position to cary C￿ its, activttie5. General operating costs will be
revEwed and redLTrced where possible.
The trustees conshler the financial perf0rrnan￿ by the charity during the year lo have been
satisfactory.
There were no fixed assets purchased in the year. A donated van at nil tw)ok value was donated
and later disposed.
Pollcies on reserves.
The poli￿ on reserves is that the existing assets are retairbed to support exlsting act¢vities. In
furtherance of Ihe the charity, the trustees may buy, take on lease or exchange, hire or otherwse
dispose of all or any part of the propety belonging to the CIO. In exercising this power. the CIO
musl comply as appropriate wthh sections 17 and 119-123 of the Charities Act 2011.
Availability and adequacy of assets of each of the funds

The charitys trustees are responsible for the preparation of the acci)unts in accordance wtth the
terms of the Charities Acl 2011 and the Charities (Accounts and Reports} Regulations 2008.
Notwithstanding the explictl requirement in the extant statutory regutations.the Charities (Accounts
and Reports) Regulations 2008, to prepare the financial statements in accordance the SORP
2005, in view ol the fact that the SORP 2005 has been withdrawn. the Trustees detemiined to
interpret this resp)nsibility as requiring them to follow current t*sl practice and prepare the
accounts according to the FRS 102 SORP (Slalement of Recommended Practi￿ for Accounting
and Reportiro by Charities) 2015 las amended by the Bullets"n issued in February 2016} .
In particular, charity Lqw requires the Tfustees, rf they prepare accounts on an accruals b8SiS. to
prepare financial statements for each financial year which give a true and fair view of the stale of
affairs of the charity as at the end of the financial year and of the surplus or defiat of the charity. In
