**Objects:** TO RELIEVE DISABLED ADULTS AGED 18 AND OVER WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT, BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES, IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE, FOR THE EDUCATION, RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF SUCH PERSONS, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.

**Activities:** The Charity provides Occupational & Social activities to people with physical disabilities over the age of 18 years.These activities include interacting with Social Media, domestic skills,   excersise and challenge through games and visits to external places and organisations to improve social skills.  The activities take place during weekdays in the main and are aimed at confidence building.
