**Objects:** THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE VISUAL ARTS, THE ARTS OF MUSIC, DANCE, THE WRITTEN AND SPOKEN WORD FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN WOOLER AND THE SURROUNDING AREA OF GLENDALE BY ORGANISING AND PRESENTING PUBLIC EVENTS INCLUDING CONCERTS, PERFORMANCES, EXHIBITIONS, CLASSES AND CREATIVE WORKSHOPS TO ENABLE LOCAL PEOPLE TO EXPERIENCE AND ENCOUNTER DIFFERENT ART FORMS AND TO PARTICIPATE IN NEW FORMS OF ARTISTIC EXPRESSION.

**Activities:** Advancement of visual arts, music, written and spoken word for the benefit of the public in Wooler and the surrounding area of Glendale, Northumberland, by organising and presenting public events including concerts, performances, exhibitions, classes and creative workshops to enable local people to experience and encounter different art forms and to participate in new forms of artistic expression.
