I am writing on behalf of  SKILLZ COMMUNITY ACADEMY  Charity registration number: 1198543   to inform you that we are unable to submit a Trustees’ Annual Report and accounts for the financial year ending 2024] as the charity was not active during this period. 

Specifically: 

- The charity did not undertake any activities during the year. 

- No income or donations were received. 

- We did not hold or operate a bank account. 

As a result, there were no financial transactions or activities to report for the year in question. 

We understand the importance of maintaining transparency and compliance, and we will ensure that any future activities and financial matters are properly recorded and reported.
