INTRODUCTION
The Lord’s Heart Ministry was registered as a charity on 05 April 2022. It has a three-member board of trustees.
AIMS
The principal aim of The Lord’s Heart Ministry is the advancement of the Christian faith in the United Kingdom for the benefit of the general public. This is achieved through:
Holding regular prayer meetings and Christian gatherings.
Organising lectures and the public celebration of Christian festivals.
Providing pastoral care, counselling, and spiritual support.
Producing and distributing Christian literature and teachings to promote the faith.
ACTIVITIES
During this reporting period, The Lord’s Heart Ministry engaged in a range of spiritual and charitable activities in line with its objectives. These included:
Prayer Meetings: Regular gatherings for worship, teaching, and spiritual encouragement.
Feeding the Homeless Project: Weekly distribution of hot meals and essential supplies to individuals experiencing homelessness in the local area.
Youth Mentorship Initiative & Workshops: A faith-based mentorship program aimed at guiding young people in their personal, academic, and spiritual development, including practical workshops and group discussions.
Counselling Support: One-on-one and group pastoral counselling for individuals dealing with grief, anxiety, family challenges, and life transitions.
Community Outreach: Visiting and supporting members of the local community through prayer, encouragement, and practical aid.
Cooking for the Elderly: Regularly preparing and delivering home-cooked meals to elderly residents within the community who may be isolated or struggling with mobility.

These activities were carried out with the help of dedicated volunteers and were made freely available to all, regardless of background or faith.
FINANCIAL OVERVIEW
The charity received donations during the year of £17,783 and incurred expenditure of £9,669. Unrestricted reserves carried forward amounted to £8,114
GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT
The Lord’s Heart Ministry is governed by a board of three trustees who are responsible for setting the charity's vision, overseeing compliance, and ensuring that activities align with its charitable purposes.
Trustees meet regularly to assess progress, review activities, and plan future initiatives. All trustees serve on a voluntary basis.
PUBLIC BENEFIT STATEMENT
The Trustees confirm that they have complied with their duty to have due regard to the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit.
All activities carried out during the period were designed to provide public benefit through spiritual enrichment, community support, and practical assistance to those in need, in line with the charity’s Christian ethos.
