**Activities:** Vaccines are one of the most cost-effective and evidence-based medical interventions, averting 2-3 million child deaths every year. Suvita implements two evidence-driven solutions to increase uptake of child vaccinations in India: (1) building a network of immunisation ambassadors who share information with caregivers in their community; and (2) sending personalised SMS reminders to caregivers.
