## **Annual Report 22-23** 

This report covers the time period April 2022 to August 2023, as required by the Charities commission. 

## **Future reports will follow the school year from September to August.** 

As a result, the income shown is greater than the usual annual income of the charity, as the time period is longer than an operating year.  It includes two Summer Fairs, which are the biggest earners in the calendar year. 

For this reason, our books have not been examined by an IFE, as we were under the understanding that this was only required for charities with an **annual** turnover exceeding £25,000.  This period covers 16 months. The start date cannot be changed on the system, however I have changed the end date so that the school year is reflected in future reports. 

Our annual fundraising does not reach £25,000, however this report covers a period of 16 months.
