Activities
We provide a Milly Bag to all new families whose child has been diagnosed with cancer and admitted into one of the 8 Principal Treatment Centres we currently support. These centres are Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Nottingham, Cambridge, Oxford, Newcastle and Cardiff. The Milly Bag contains essential items that will help and support families during the first few weeks on the ward and beyond.
Objects: To relieve the needs of children suffering from an oncology related illness, by providing or assisting with the provision of a Milly Bag and other such items as the Trustees, from time to time see fit.To relieve the distress of families in the UK who have suffered the bereavement of a child by the provision of charitable means that the trustees think fit including but not exclusively by providing monthly support groups involving creative and holistic therapies
