The charity is a CIO and was formed to replace the Derby Vineyard charitable trust no. 1124578. The trustees, listed below, felt that operaFng as a CIO with a more modern governing document would allow the charity greater protecFon from risk and freedom to fulfil the charity’s goals. Due to ill health following the pandemic, Derby Vineyard conFnued to operate under the former charity (1124578) and did not operate as the CIO in this charity year. The charity received no income and had no expenditure.
