activity has been undertaken so far.
However, much time since its inception, has
been spent in getting a suitable charity
account sorted, registration with Fund
Raising Regulator, National Council of
Voluntary organisations, and Just Giving, to
name a few.
Preliminary discussions have ensued
regarding projects to be undertaken, with
advisors and overseas organisations, and
are ongoing. This has included drafting of
project protocols, budgeting, site selections,
and outcome assessments. We are in the
process of undertaking final assessments
and seeking necessary approvals.

company. We have not undertaken any
other fund raising activities so far. Expenses
have included payment towards legal fees,
registration with fund raising regulator, and
web hosting related activities

Para 1.23 Currently, the primary sources of funding is
small donations. The charity aims at raising
fund through a host of activities in the near
future. It has registered with organisations
like Just Giving. It will be apply for Gift Aid
status with HMRC, to boost up existing
donations. However, the current financial
climate and cost of living crisis, is expected
to hamper its fund raising targets.

if he or she would automatically
cease to hold office under the provisions of
clause [12(1)(e)].
(c)
No one is entitled to act as a charity
trustee whether on appointment or on any
re-appointment until he or she has expressly
acknowledged, in whatever way the charity
trustees decide, his or her acceptance of the
office of charity trustee.
(d)
At least one of the trustees of the
CIO must be 18 years of age or over. If there
is no trustee aged at least 18 years, the
remaining trustees may only act to call a
meeting of the charity trustees, or appoint a
new charity trustee.
