Annual report 2021 -2022 

From March 2022 a new CIO was formed to incorporate the following 2 charities. 

“Henry Drew Thomas Alms-houses” and “The Starcross Welfare Trust”. The new 

charity went live in March 2022. There was no further activity on the new Henry Drew Thomas and Starcross Welfare Trust charity until March 2023. 

It had no bank account and no financial transactions happened during the 2021 -2022 financial year
