To relieve the disadvantaged by making grants of money and providing items OT services for
those in need in Manchester City and Nigeria.

We, as the Trustees of the Charity who held office at the date of approval of these financial
statements as set out on page 4 each confirn], so far as we are aware, that:
There is no relevant infomiation of which the Charity's independent examiner are
unaware; and we have taken all the steps that we ought to have taken as Trustees in
Order to make ourselves aware of any relevant infonnation and to establish d)at the
charity's independent examiner is aware of that inforn]ation.
ACHEIVEMENT AND PERFORMANCE
Operated a food bank by donating food items to the homeless and those facing financial diffi¢ulty on a
monthly basis in Manchester City Centre and the neighbouring councils.
We also launched our website to generate public awareness of our activities in the United Kingdom

The Charity's independent examiner, Solomon Allistar (MAAT) of SAA BUSINESS
SUPPORT LTD has indicated their willingness to continue in office and offer themselves for

BLESSIFY FOUNDATION
I report on the accounts of the Trust for year ended 31 December 2023, which is set out on
pages 7
Respective responsibilities of Trustees and examiner
As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts,. you consider
that the audit requirement of section 43(2) of Charites Act 1993 (the Act) does not apply. It is
my rcsponsibility to statc, on thc basis of thc proccdurcs spccificd in thc Gcncral Dircctions
given by the Charity Cornmissioners under sector 43(7}(b) of the Act, whether matters have
cotne to my attention.
Basis of independent examiner's report
My examination was carried out in accordance with the General Directors given by the Charity
Commissioners. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the
charity and a coinparison of tlie accounts Presented with those records. It also includes
consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeking explanations
from you as trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide
all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and consequently I do not express an audit
opinion on the view given by the accounts.
Independent examiner's statement
In connection with our examination, no matter has come to our attention..
to keep accounting records in accordance with section 386 and 387 of the Companies
Act 2006 and
to prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records, comply with the
accounting requirements of Section 394 and 395 of the Companies Act 2006 and with
the niethods and principles of the Statement of Recommended Practice: Accountii)g and
Reporting by Charities have not been tnet; or
2) to which, in my opinion, attention should be drawn to enable a proper understanding
of the accounts to be reached.
