TO ADVANCE THE RELIGION OF ISLAM, BY MEANS OF, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, PROMOTING THE TEACHINGS AND TENETS OF ISLAM, PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR WORSHIP AND PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR ISLAMIC EDUCATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TEACHINGS OF THE QURAN AND SUNNAH OF THE PROPHET MUHAMMAD PBUH. THE Summary of the objects of the PROMOTION OF RELIGIOUS HARMONY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC BY EDUCATING charity set out in its THE PUBLIC IN DIFFERENT RELIGIOUS BELIEFS, INCLUDING AN AWARENESS OF THEIR governing document DISTINCTIVE FEATURES AND THEIR COMMON GROUND TO PROMOTE GOOD RELATIONS BETWEEN PERSONS OF DIFFERENT FAITHS. The organisation provides a Centre for worship and Islamic education according to the teachings of Islam in a society having multiethnic, cultural and cross-religious backgrounds. With the provision of Islamic teachings, religious harmony among all segments of society is created.
Further, we have a motto to bring peace and harmony among all faiths, as we have explained in our objective. Furthermore, we are providing education and information to the general mankind about the true spirit of Islam and its role in bringing all the communities close to each other.

Section D Achievements and performance
Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year
The charity started its operations one year ago and is developing its network. We have arranged a building to provide a place for worship to the community. We are also providing Islamic education to the people to make them aware of the teachings of Islam. We are in the process of acquiring a building on lease for the long-term period to provide facilities of worship and Islamic Education.

Brief statement of the charity’s policy on reserves
TRUSTEES HAVE REVIEWED THE MARKAZ AL-RAHMA’S NEED FOR RESERVES IN LINE WITH THE GUIDANCE, ISSUED BY THE CHARITY COMMISSION. THE TRUSTEES BELIEVE THAT THE CHARITY SHOULD HAVE A MINIMUM LEVEL OF RESERVES EQUAL TO 6 MONTHS OF OPERATIONAL COSTS OF THE CHARITY.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/03/2025 .
- Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have examiner's statement come to my attention (other than that disclosed below *) in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
