reglstered on 29th March 2022 in Eroland and Wales.
It is govemed by a foundatK)n Model c¢)nstitutDn. AN trustees operate on a voluntsry
basis. and this continues to be th8 case at the time of WTiting this report. Trustees
aro appoinled by existing trustees. and no fvrther truslees were recruited or
appointed during the financial period to whlch this report pertalns.

All trustees attend at least quarteTty meetings and are (%Knmitted to using their skills
and expertise to 8UPWt the SU￿ of the f￿ndation and to conlribute positively to
its beneficiaries and wider community and have had due regard to the Charity
Commission's guidan(x on public ber￿ffl. None of the trustees are custodian
trustees.
ObJ•ctlves and actlvltles
The Pieman PT FourKJ81ion is a ment81 health arrfj wellbery thaiity based in
H8rt18pooI, but that also operates ac¥oss Teesside {Stockton arKI Middlesbrough). 11
supports adulis aged 21 and ovgr by raising awareness of <xJnmon mentsl health
and wellbeing issues. and uses the three peaks of education, exercise and
environment as a vehicle to develop psychological reslience. The charity's main
aims 8re lo provide opportunltles for trainirva on different mental health and welbelng
conc8ms, offer opportuniti'es for peer supporL increase public knO￿ge of existing
organisations and available resources, slgnpost to appropriate services, promote
partlGipation in additional activrties Ihal can improve mental hoalth and wellbeing in
Ilne wlth the above three peaks and share key Infomiation on menlal health and
weubelng topics.
Achl•v•rn•nts and perforrnance
The Pieman PT Foundation has taken several steps towards achieving Its aims and
carrying out its purposes for Ihe public benofit thi5 financial year. Tho charity
appcmnted a part-tirne DeS￿n and DeveloFThent Worker to support with increasng its
digital presence 83 a mean5 of 5hamg it5 airns with its beneficiarie8 via a newsletter
and social media platfomi, and work on the charlty's webslle has conllnued.
The charlty made use of these dNJital Irth to share information for the public benefit
and increase knowledge of available services and rewurce5 that can support
mental health and wellbeing concerr6, It also raised awareness of lopics suth as
Suitide prevention and grief by recognising national and global days such as World
Suicide Prevention Day, World Menlal Health Oay. Grief Awareness Week and Tirne
to Talk Day.
Staff and trustees of Ihe organisation to￿ advantage of training opportunities in th&
areas of Mental Health First Aid, D￿lt81 Marketing, Advanced BK1 Wrtting and Peer
Support.
The charlty began work on the Sport Eroland Place Partnershlp Prolect after
successfully being awarded fijnding in collaboralion with BCT Aspi￿ to lead on the
Billlngham area of Stock￿￿on-Tees to gather community Inslght Into the barrfers to

physical activty in the area, and to try and offer communty-led solutions. By
attending 8vents the charity expanded its n81W￿ to include a range of stskeholders
and Incr8as8d its visiblty to Its ben8fKiaries.
Members of the general public fundraised for the charity by completing the Greal
North Run and a further bench was added to the foundation's bench network, which
Is located In Ward Jackson Park in Harl18p￿1.
Flnanclal revlaw
Please see bèlow informaUon pertalning to The Pieman PT FoundatK)n's financial
perf0rnan￿ for the period in question. The trustees agree that the charity's
perfomanlx this period was satisfactory. The focus was pla￿d on the training and
development of staff and on establishing a secure administrative and operational
foundat1￿ to build upon financially In the folk￿n9 year, thus there Is no current
cause for concem.
Tha Pieman PT Foundation is a small CIO with a current annual Income of less than
£25.000' none of its ￿ndS are materially in deficit and it does not have any other
debts. The balance brought forward frrmn the previous fin8nci81 year was £44,737.
It's only source of income this financial year was £50 in donations, and its total
expenditure was £19,848 of vthich the main expense was in staff costs, the
remaining reserves therefore being £24,889 as of 51h Aprl 2025. All reserve5 arn
unrestricted. Despite the charity having rnad8 minimal income this year. grant
fundlng was secured for the followlng financial year. and more applled for. Funds
raised through fundralslng will also be cleared In the folk)wlng financial year and
further fundraislng aciivits'es have been planned to Increase charlty income.
The charity trustees periodically review the18vel of reserrfes 8nd appredate the
importance of maintalning and building the foundation's financial reserves to ensure
the continuation of its work and its sustainability. It is their objective to ensure that
the foundation's reserves are greater than or equal to 3 months expenditure. Please
see below for a more detailed breakdown of Ihe charity's inrA)me and expenditure.
