(1) THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, NEED OR DISTRESS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND ABROAD BY PROVIDING GRANTS OR LOANS TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED AND/OR CHARITIES OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO PREVENT AND RELIEVE POVERTY OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AND BY PROVIDING GRANTS TO ASSIST THOSE IN NEED IN SETTING UP THEIR OWN BUSINESSES.(2) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION WITHIN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND ABROAD BY MAKING GRANTS TO EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS OR THE PROVISION OF STUDY MATERIALS TO SCHOOLS AND/OR PUPILS.(3) THE ADVANCEMENT OF SUCH OTHER OBJECTS AS ARE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC AND CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO ENGLISH LAW.

**Activities:** 1) The prevention or relief of poverty, Financial Hardship, need or distress in the UK & abroad by providing grants / loans to individuals.2) Provision of scholarship to candidates in the UK & abroad who wish to train as priests within the Roman Catholic Church. 3) Making grants to educational institutions or the provision of study materials to schools and/or poor pupils in the UK or abroad.
