Trustees’ Annual Report

The trustees present their annual report together with the financial statements of the charity for the year ended 31 March 2025, prepared in accordance with the Charities Act 2011 and the Charities SORP (FRS 102).

Public Benefit Statement

The trustees confirm that they have complied with their duty to have due regard to the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit. Reserves Policy

The trustees aim to maintain unrestricted reserves equivalent to approximately three to six months of operating costs to ensure continuity of activities and meet unforeseen expenditure.

The trustees are responsible for preparing the annual report and financial statements in accordance with applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Standards, including FRS 102 and the Charities SORP.

Independent Examiner’s Report

I report on the accounts of Lydney Town AFC Youth for the year ended 31 March 2025. My examination was carried out under section 145 of the Charities Act 2011 and in accordance with the Charity Commission’s directions. No matters have come to my attention to suggest that the accounts do not comply with the Act or applicable accounting requirements.
