Activities
New Beginnings Peer Support is a peer-led after-crisis domestic abuse service supporting women and their children who have previously been subjected to domestic abuse. We offer tailored person-centred/whole-family support and signposting to empower our clients and offer a platform from which they can experience post-traumatic growth despite the ongoing challenges they face.
Objects: To Relieve The Needs Of Women In Primarily, But Not Exclusively, Harrogate & Craven Districts Of North Yorkshire Who Have Experienced Domestic Abuse And Their Children For The Public Benefit By Providing An After-Crisis Support Service And Related Practical Assistance And By Raising Awareness Of The Impact Of Abuse And Educating About Healthy Relationships.
