The foundation is not for profit-making – so any surplus made by the foundation will be used only to further the organisation’s charitable purposes. The foundation is independent – that is, they are not a part of any governing department, local authority or any other statutory bodies.

Starting with<br>receiving football kits and sports equipment donations,<br>shipping the donations to Zimbabwe and being able to<br>travel to Zimbabwe to distribute the donations in person<br>as the chair of the foundation. However, throughout the<br>year we managed to hold games including football,<br>basketball, volleyball and making sure the “girl” child is<br>also our priority in whatever we do with our cluster of<br>schools in Zimbabwe. |Achievements against<br>objectives set|Para 1.41|The year started with the chair and one other<br>charity volunteer attending a one-day charity<br>commission event in London on the 31st<br>January 2024 titled, “Working Overseas: Risks,<br>Responsibilities and Legal Duties (World<br>Workshop)”<br>The significant charitable activities undertaken<br>included, four-sports day meetings of cluster<br>schools during the year 2024 including the<br>finals in August 2024. The costs of all these are<br>not funded by the charity at the moment but the<br>chair who endures transport and food for these<br>events are catered for.<br>Another significant achievement was seeking<br>donations of football kits and sports equipment<br>and then receiving two big donations of these<br>from KIT4 Causes UK in April 2024 and<br>successfully shipping them to Zimbabwe.|
