IN SOME CASES, THE TRUSTEE MAY CHOOSE TO PURCHASE AND LOAN EQUIPMENT, FOR EXAMPLE IF A SPORT IS BEING STARTED AND ONGOING COMMITMENT IS NOT CONFIRMED.
