To relieve sickness and to preserve goo health among persons in need.

The unspent reserves at 31 March 2024 were £9.355. The trustees envisage
these will be utilised in the near future by donatin9 to worthy chantable causes.

I report on Ihe ac(xiunls of th8 Trust for the period ended 31 March 2024, which are
set out on pages 3 to 4.
RESPECTIVE RESPONS181LITIES OF THE TRUSTEES AND EXAMINER
The charities Iruslees are responsible lor the preparalion of the accounts. The charitls
trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under seclion 144121 of the
Charities Act 2011 (the 2011 Act} and that an independent examination is needed.

BASIS OF INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT
My examination was ca￿led out in accordance with the General Directions given
by the Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the
accounting records kept by the Charity and a comparison of the Accounls
presented wth those record5. It also includes consideration of any unusual item5
or disclosures in the Accounts, and seeking explanations from you as Trustees
conceming any such matters. The procedufes undertaken do not provide all the
ewdence that would be required in an audit, and consequently no opinion is
given as lo whether the accounts present a 'true and fair view. and the report is limited
those matters set out in the stslemenl below.
INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S STATEMENT
In connection with my examination. no matter has come to my attention..

Which give me reasonable cause to believe that in any material
respect the requirements..
to keep accounting records in accordan￿ with section 130 of
the 2011 Act". and
to prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records

Accounting Policies
These accounts have been prepared under the Historical Cost
Convention and in accordan￿ with applicable accounting standards
and the Charities SORP.

Trustees. Remuneration and Expenses
No remuneration directly or indirectly out of the funds of the Charity
was paid or payable for the year to any trustees or to any person or
persons known to be connected with any of them.
