The mission of Neurodiversity in Business is to raise awareness and acceptance of neurodivergent people in the workplace, to educate employers and demonstrate the benefits of employing neurodivergent talent, sharing good practice on recruitment, retention and empowerment of neurodivergent people, working collaboratively with organisations to improve employment conditions for neurodivergent people.
Objects: The Promotion Of Equality And Diversity For The Public Benefit By:- Working To Eliminate Discrimination In The Workplace And In Wider Society For Neurodivergent People;- Raising Awareness Of Neurodiversity Among The Public, Employers And Employees To Promote Changes In Attitudes And Practice In The Employment Of Neurodivergent People.
