**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARETO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF FOXES WHO ARE IN NEED OF CARE / ATTENTION AND IN PARTICULAR TO PROVIDE MEDICAL TREATMENT / REHABILITATION OF SICK AND INJURED FOXES BEFORE THEIR RELEASE BACK INTO THE WILD OR TRANSFER TO AN ANIMAL SANCTUARY AND TO PROVIDE REFUGE AND CARE TO ORPHANED FOX CUBS AND REHABILITATION BEFORE THEIR RELEASE INTO WILD; ANDTO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN HUMANE METHODS OF THE CONTROL OF FOXES AND THE BEHAVIOUR AND ECOLOGY OF FOXES.NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH [SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005] AND [SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008.

**Activities:** To relieve the suffering of foxes who are in need of care/attention & in particular to provide medical treatment/rehabilitation of sick & injured foxes before their release back into the wild or transfer to an animal sanctuary & to provide refuge & care to orphaned fox cubs & rehabilitation before their release into the wild. To advance the education of the public in humane methods of control
