As this board is newly developed and the old board has been finalising the closure, the charity has been in a period of transition.

Funds were transferred to the new charity after the date of this reporting period and therefore impact and contributions to report are limited.

Whilst there is no financial reporting for this period, the trustees’ have been working to support the set-up of the new charity.

Twice annual fundraising has taken place and cheque presentations were made under the previous Maximus Foundation UK accounts.

There is nil return regarding performance for this period, as it was a transitional period for the charity.
