Regular mèetings are held lo discuss and manage the 8ffairs of the Charity. A full time administrator manages the day to day aspects and organises fundraising initiatives. There are no specifi'c restrictions imposed by the conslilulion concerning the way the charity can operate. The Charity has no specific investment powers other than those contained in the constitution. It is the policy of the charity that unrestricted fiJnds which have not been designated for a speerfic use should be maintained at a level equivalent lo bemeen three and six month's expenditure. The trustees considers that reserves al this level will ensure that. in Ihe event of a significant drop in funding. they will be able lo continue the Charity's current activities while consideration is given to ways in which additional funds may be raised.
