spaces as sanctuaries for various charities and

Reserves Policy Statement
The GAP Project aims to maintsin a rnodesi level of reserve5 to ensure the
ongoing delivery of our services and the suslainability of our site. Our
current reserves include funds thal are earmarked for ongoing
maintenanc¢ essential improvements lo the garden spaces and
faL'ililies. in line with our charitablc objectlves.
W¢ regularly review our reserves to ensure they are appropriate for the
scale and nature of our work. Any surplus is planned io be spent on
supporting the continued development and upkeep of the projecl, to
directly benefit the Charitics and groups we support.
