**Objects:** TO ACT AS A RESOURCE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE UP TO THE AGE OF 24 FROM ECONOMICALLY OR SOCIALLY DISADVANTAGED BACKGROUNDS LIVING IN ENGLAND, BY PROVIDING ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE, PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF PHYSICAL, EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMES AND OTHER ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATIONAL, LEISURE AND OTHER ACTIVITY IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE, AS A MEANS OF:ADVANCING IN LIFE AND HELPING YOUNG PEOPLE BY DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.
