REVIEW OF ACTIVITIES AND ACHIEVEMENTS
It is a celebration that so many members of our family church are able to voluntarily help and propel the church in our endeavours to growing and to establish ourselves in the community. Many opportunities have been provided to the community to attend a service every Sunday, with expanded new classes for children of different ages. We continue to hold other special church activities including an Easter production, New Year’s Eve, a worship event and a guest speaker series. Understanding the importance of fellowship, the church continuous to broadcast and record all services for members and the general community to partake in every service if they cannot physically attend.
It is the Trustee’s believed to continue growing the church by building on current initiatives such us educating young people, aspiring ministers and also organising various events to promote the general wellbeing congregation as a whole. Overall, we hope that through the support and encouragement the church will be empowered to impact on their families and community as a whole.

Independent Examiner Report
Independent Examiner’s report to the trustees/members of New Rivers Missions
I report on the accounts for the year ended 31[st] December 2024 which are set out in pages 3 to 4.
Respect responsibilities of trustees and examiner
The charity’s trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year (under section 43(2) of the Charities Act 1993 (the Act)) and that an independent examination is needed. It is my responsibility to:
Examine the accounts (under section 43 of the Act), to follow the procedures laid down in the General Directions given by the Charity Commission (under section 43(7)(b) of the Act), and to state whether matters have come to my attention.
Basis of independent examiner’s report
My examination was carried out in accordance with General Directions given by the charity commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeking explanations from you as trustees concerning any such matters. The Procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a ‘true and fair’ view, and the report is limited to those matters set out in the statement below.
Independent examiner’s statement
During my examination, no matter has to my attention:
-
Which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in, any material respect, the requirements: To keep accounting records in accordance with section 41 of the Act; and to prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records and comply with the accounting requirements of the 1993 Act; have not been met; or
-
To which, in my opinion, attention should be drawn to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
