**Revive Church UK CIO (Charity No. 1198132) was registered with the charity commission in the middle of June 2022, however the charity did not start officially operating until 1[st] January 2023 with the creation of the board and the TUPE of the buildings and staff from the previous charity (Revive Church UK - 1051790).** 

**The attached accounts for 2022 therefore only recognise the balance of the assets transferred across on the 31[st] December 2022 to the new charity.**

the Charities Act 2011 ("the Act").

Liability Recognitio
Liabilities are recognised as soon as ther¢ is a legal or constructive obligation committing the charity to pay
out resources. All expenditure is accounted for on an acciuals basis and has been classified under headings thar
aggregate all costs related to the category.
Grants with perfoTrnaNce conditions
Where the charity gives a grant with condiiions for its payment being a specific level of service or output to be
provided, such grants are only recognised in the SOFA once the recipient of the grant has provided the specified
servi¢e or output.
Grants ￿y￿ble without perforrnanee eonditions
These are only recognised in the accounts when a commitsnent has been made and there are no conditions to
be Tnet relating to the grdni which remain in the control of the rharity.
DORMANT STATUS
The charity was dorniant for the period to 31 DecembeT 2022. All remaining assets and liabilities from Revive
Church UK (Charity No. 1051790) were transferred to the CIO on l January 2023.
