Coordinators in each school are key liaison between the girls and the charity. In addition to the mentoring programme being delivered to 5 girls in each school, there has been one career day to which the whole school are invited. Each mentee has also had the opportunity for a job shadowing based on her career interest. There has been ongoing involvement from an educational psychologist and an informational talk was provided to support girls with applications to higher education. **Outcomes** All ten students graduated and it has been good to see some students take up leadership positions in their schools. Based on feedback from teachers and the pupils the development of confidence is a key outcome from the programme.
