We delivered Health Walks which encouraged most benefiaaries to achieve their
personal goals of at least 30 minutes daify Walk 415 times a week. Some have
improved their BMI. Gair*d self-confidence. and socialising and getting more.
Through our health education programmes ourattendee5 have gained 8ood
understanding of healthyeating which has had great impact on reducing obesity.
We have successfvlty completed health thecks forour beneficiarie5 and offered
blood sugar and blood pressure monitOri￿a machines: they are Th)w able to monitor
blood glucose and blood p￿SsUre levels at home.
Ouryouth have completed online safety courses as￿11 as photography courses.
Through the sUPPOrt from Harrow Foundation Funds. our children and young people
have enha￿ed their $elf￿eem. reduced truancy* red￿ed bultying and improved
