**Objects:** TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF LLANASA AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD (THEREINAFTER CALLED “THE AREA OF BENEFIT”) WITHOUT THE DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE, AGE, OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID INHABITANTS AND THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS. IN FURTHERANCE OF THESE OBJECTS BUT NOT OTHERWISE, THE TRUSTEES SHALL HAVE POWER: TO ESTABLISH, OR SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A VILLAGE HALL AND TO MAINTAIN AND MANAGE THE SAME (WHETHER ALONE OR IN CO-OPERATION WITH ANY LOCAL AUTHORITY OR OTHER PERSON OR BODY) IN FURTHERANCE OF THESE OBJECTS. THE ORGANISATION WILL BE NON-PARTY IN POLITICS AND NON-SECTARIAN IN RELIGION.

**Activities:** Promote for the benefit of the inhabitants of Llanasa and surrounding areas without distinction of sex, race or political & religious opinions, facilities to cater for education, social welfare, recreation & leisure-time occupations with the object of improving the conditions of life for the community. To maintain / secure the establishment of a village hall for the furtherance of these objectives
