**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS OF CHARITIES AND THE EFFECTIVE USE OF RESOURCES FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA OF STANLEY, COUNTY DURHAM AND THE SURROUNDING AREA ("THE AREA OF BENEFIT") BY:A) CO-ORDINATING BOTH EXISTING CHARITABLE AND NON-CHARITABLE AGENCIES THAT HAVE A COMMON GOAL OF PROVIDING CHARITABLE SERVICES OR RELIEF TO YOUNG PEOPLE; B) LIAISING WITH AND ACTING AS A FORUM FOR THE EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION BETWEEN, AGENCIES WORKING WITH YOUNG PEOPLE IN ORDER TO IDENTIFY GAPS IN THE RANGE OF CHARITABLE SERVICES AVAILABLE TO THE YOUNG PEOPLE THEY SERVE.
