## **REPORT OF THE TRUSTEES FOR THE PERIOD 1 MARCH 2022 to 30 JUNE 2023** 

The trustees present their report along with the financial statements of the charity for the period 1 March 2022 to 30 June 2023. The financial statements have been prepared with the accounting policies set out in Note 1 to the accounts. 

## **Constitution and Objects** 

The charity was registered as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation under number 1198089 on 1 March 2022. The object of the charity is to relieve the needs of people who have an autistic spectrum condition and/or additional neds and their families through: a. providing or assisting in the provision of recreational/leisure time activities provided in the interest of social welfare designed to improve their conditions of life; b. delivering training and consultancy services for individuals, families, communities, professionals and others, helping to build a more inclusive community; c. providing information, advice and support. 

## **Organisational Structure** 

The trustees who served the charity during the year are shown on page 2. 

The trustees have referred to the guidance given by The Charity Commission on public benefit when reviewing the charity’s aims and objectives and are satisfied that public benefit requirements have been met. Trustee vacancies are advertised and interested parties are asked to apply in writing. 

## **Financial review** 

The charity generated resources for the year in the sum of £30,232.14 Total charitable expenditure for the year amounted to £295.18. As at the Balance Sheet date, the asset value of the Charity was £29,936.96. 

## **Review of activities** 

The organisation’s activities during the year including group social meetings for individuals and trustee meetings.
