The YogoJo Foundation offers a range of yoga-based activities at home and in school to enable children and young people to benefit from the wide-ranging knowledge and experience of those scientists, medical doctors, educators, yoga teachers and celebrities who practice yoga and contribute to initiatives aimed at improving the mental and physical health of children and young people.
Objects: For The Public Benefit, The Advancement Of Good Physical And Mental Health, In Particular But Not Exclusively For Young People And Their Families Who Are Experiencing The Impact Of Unmanaged Chronic Stress, By Teaching Them Scientifically Proven Skills By, But Not Exclusively, The Provision Of Yoga-Based, Complementary And Non-Diagnostic Programmes And Initiatives Designed To Help Better Manage Their Physical And Mental Health.
