The CIO was dormant throughout the period ended 31[st] March 2023. The Charity’s Cons�tu�on was set up as a Charitable Incorporated Organiza�on to take over opera�ons previously carried out by LGBT Cymru Helpline (1192777), as was suggested by funders to enable access to a wider range of grants. The merger of opera�ons took place as of 1[st] April 2023; up to 31[st] March 2023 all transac�ons were reported under the original Charity registra�on of the LGBT Cymru Helpline (1192777).
