Commlsslon on 23rd February 2022 under charSty number 1198039.
Organlzatlonal Strurture
The members of the charlty are its trustees, who are solely ellglble for
membership, Membership cannot be transferred, The trustees oversee
the charlty's general control and management, dedlcatlng thelr tlme
voluntarily wlthout any financial benefits.
Meetings can be called by any trustee. Trustees collectively decide the
process for calllng meetlngs and any notlce requlrements. They may
also select one trustee as chairperson, wlth the optlon to revoke thi5
appointment anytime. If no chair is appointed or present within 30
minutes of a meeting's start, the trustees present may choose a chair
for that meetlng.
Sectlon C: Objectlves and Actlvltles
Objectlves
The charity's mission is to advance the Sikh religion for public benefit,
primarily through:
Provldlng a place of worshlp
Raising awareness and understanding of religious beliefs
Performing devotional acts
Community outreach, especially for the elderly and those in need.

Summary of Main Activities
Currently, weekly prayers are held at local community centers. Efforts
are ongoing to secure a permanent location to establish a dedicated
Gurdwara.
Section D: Flnancial Revlew
Reserves Policy
The charlty received income of £16,391 during the year, comprising
donations and HMRC Gift Aid.
Expendlture durlng the year totalled £5,588.
The charity generated a surplus of £10,803 and held cash reserves of
£11,373 at 28 February 2025,
The trustees conslder the charlty to be flnanclally stable and contlnue to
build reserves to support future activities and the establishment of a
permanent Gurdwara facility.
