Activities for the period to 31[st] March 2023
The charity has been negotiating a lease with the trustees of Ramsey Crickey Club who are the owners of the Pavilion. The Pavilion was rebuilt in 2022 with the help of funding from Ramsey Million Partnership (Big Local grant), Cambridgeshire County Council and Huntingdonshire District Council. There have been delays in obtaining completion certificates for the building work. Completion of work is a condition of the start of the building occupation, under a term of the lease, so the date has had to be pushed back. The lease was signed in December 2023 and occupation is anticipated early in 2024.
Accounts for the period to 31[st] March 2023
The charity did not undertake any financial activity, so there is no income or expenditure in the period. A bank account was opened in June 2023
