**Objects:** TO ADVANCE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THE EDUCATION OF BLACK-HERITAGE STUDENTS BY PROVIDING, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, MENTORING WITH THE AIM OF HELPING THEM SECURE PLACES AT TOP THIRD RANKED UNIVERSITIES AND PROGRESS INTO PROFESSIONAL CAREERS. FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS CLAUSE, BLACK-HERITAGE MEANS STUDENTS OF CARIBBEAN, AFRICAN AND CARIBBEAN/AFRICAN MIXED DESCENT.

**Activities:** The social mission of With Insight is to advance the educational and professional prospects of black-heritage students by providing, in particular but not exclusively, mentoring that builds the confidence, knowledge and soft skills that they need to progress to top third ranked universities and into professional careers.
