of the charity), limited direct activity took place in
Rwanda, and limited funds were raised (see the
financial summary attached).
During this third year of operation, activity
comprised primarily research and liaison with
partners in Rwanda, including the local group
called 'Self-Advocacy Initiatives for People with
Disabilities' (SAID). In April and May 2025, and
using funds provided by Mosaic Rwanda in
March 2025, SAID delivered a programme of
training in Small Business Management and
Development to five families.
As part of this initiative, seed funding was
allocated to the small businesses run by these
families, including a hairdressing salon, clothes
retail, and fruit/vegetable retail. The subsequent
report provided by the President of SAID noted
that the lives of the recipient families had
