**Objects:** TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN DIAGNOSED WITH LIFE THREATENING  CONDITIONS, AND THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PROVIDING FINANCIAL, PRACTICAL AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT FROM THE POINT OF DIAGNOSIS UNTIL IT IS NO LONGER REQUIRED.

**Activities:** Giving hands-on practical, financial and emotional support to families and carers, supporting children with a life threatening diagnosis. Inspiring the next generation of medical students to advance research into rare diseases and condition to raise awareness and improve treatments and care. Addressing the inequalities in charitable support available to children with a life-threatening diagnosis.
